Is the assessment really free?
Yes. There’s no cost and no obligation. We do it because the assessment is the best way to show how we think - if you like what you see, we can talk about a Full Strategy.
What does the free assessment cover?
One business and one priority offer. We review the information that’s publicly available on your website, plus the answers you submit in the form. Where something is missing, we make a reasonable assumption based on our expertise and on the information and average statistics available for your industry, and we label it clearly in your assessment, so you know exactly what to check.
What isn’t included?
The assessment is a diagnosis, not the build. It doesn’t include finished landing-page copy, a campaign build or integration work such as CRM, booking or analytics setup. If you have several businesses, we start with the one you choose. If you list several services, we compare them and build the assessment around the one with the most potential - the others can be covered in a Full Strategy.
Is the assessment automated?
No. Tools help us gather data, but our team of strategists, with 20+ years of experience in digital marketing and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), reviews every submission and writes your recommendations.
What do I need to provide?
Just the short form. If you have a website, include it. We may follow up by email with one or two questions, but there’s no call required.
How long does it take?
Within 1 business day of receiving enough information to prepare it. Usually that’s as soon as you submit the form. If something essential is missing, we’ll email you one or two questions, and the 1 business day starts once we have your answers.
What happens after the assessment?
If you’d like to go further, we develop your Full Strategy - the complete Thread for your strongest offer - and walk you through it step by step.
How is pricing determined?
The free assessment costs nothing. A Full Strategy is C$1,500 to C$2,500 one-time, depending on the channels, pages, integrations and content involved. If you want us to implement and run your Thread, the monthly retainer starts at C$1,500 a month with a 3-month minimum, and your Full Strategy fee is credited toward those first 3 months, split equally. You get a clear quote before committing to anything.
Do you work with businesses like mine?
We work with service businesses, clinics and coaches. If you have something to sell and want to sell more of it, a Thread applies.
